Hon. Ellen Chaitin, Superior Court Judge (ret.)

The Honorable Ellen Chaitin, California Superior Court Judge (ret.) will be receiving our 2025 Healthcare Visionary Award. Presiding over Dependency Court in San Francisco, Judge Chaitin heard for years from grateful HealthRIGHT 360 clients who overcame their addiction, learned parenting skills, and reunified with children. To see for herself, she toured HealthRIGHT 360 programs, and believing so strongly in the successes and the mission, she joined the Board of Directors, serving three terms, followed by three terms as Vice-Chair of the Foundation Board. Judge Ellen continues today as one of the organization’s most dedicated advocates.
